The 20 x 20 x 12 Raised Center Barns structure provides a versatile and durable solution for various applications. Designed with a strong vertical roof style and installed on a concrete surface, this building features dimensions of 20' x 20' (roof length 21') and a 12-foot height with a 3/12 roof pitch. Constructed with 14 GA steel and certified to withstand 140 MPH winds and 30 PSF snow load, it ensures reliability in harsh conditions. The center building is fully enclosed with vertical walls in a clay color, complemented by black trim and a Galvalume roof. Attached are two 12' x 20' lean-tos, each with an 8-foot height and a 2/12 roof pitch. The right lean-to has closed side walls and gable ends, while the left lean-to features a closed back end and gable front. Additional features include a Pebble Beige 8x8 roll-up garage door with a 45-degree trim kit, multiple 30x30 grid windows, a 9-lite walk-in door, and Barn Red wainscot for a striking finish. This barn design is built to optimize functionality and aesthetic appeal for any property.

We offer both non-rated units used throughout most of Texas and Oklahoma and Engineer certified barns that are rated for 130 MPH wind and 30 PSF snow loads.
